Gimp 2.5.4 development snapshot for windows

Just a few days ago binaries of the Gimp development snapshot 2.5.4 have been released. Many thanks to Jernej Simončič for providing these. You can find the Release Notes for 2.5.4 right here.

This is a great opportunity to get an impression of the upcoming Gimp 2.6 release on Windows platform. As I noted there is also a 64 Bit binary available.
